Brokers: we don't take a cut of your commission.

We're a marketing company, not brokers. We never take a share of any sale, which means when you close a flat on a project we market, your commission is between you and the developer, in full. Here's what we can do for you instead.

You see the flats first

Price lists, floor plans, which flats are still available, and any offer running, before it goes public. You will know what is genuinely on the market, not what an old listing on a property site says.

Registered properly with the developer

We introduce you to the builder directly and make sure your client is registered against your name from day one. No arguments later about who brought whom.

The leads we can't service

Wrong budget, wrong area, resale or rental. We receive these leads every week but can't service them ourselves, so we pass them to you, free. No referral fee, no conditions attached.

What we're straight about

Do you pay us any commission? No. We're paid by the builder for marketing services. There's no commission pool to share, and we won't pretend otherwise.
Then how do I get paid? You get paid directly by the developer, according to the commission terms agreed between you and them. That agreement is strictly between the two of you. We are not a party to it and we do not set or guarantee the rate. What we do is introduce you, and make sure your name is on record as the one who brought the buyer.
Do you compete with me on your own projects? No. We generate leads through advertising and hand them to the developer's sales team. Any buyer you bring is yours.
What do you want out of it? Honestly, introductions to developers. If you know a developer with flats still available who needs proper marketing, that introduction is worth more to us than anything else on this page.
